In addition the general solid-liquid separation for fine or medium grains, this centrifuge is more suitable for the solid-liquid separation for materials whose solid phase's particle size are small, the concentration is lower, the viscosity is bigger, it's hard to separate, and low humidity is required for the filtering cake, and it's especially suitable for the solid-liquid separation by the large loading production and fully washing is needed.

GK series horizontal centrifuges are widely used in the separating of suspension liquid in which large/ medium/ small-size particles are contained in industries of chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical and starch etc., such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium carbonate, PVC or cassava modified starch etc.
GKH seires centrifuge is widely used for the separating of starch, sodium bicarbonate and calcium phosphate in sites where the productivity is large, the water content requirement in the filtering cake is low, and the full washing is required.
This centrifuge can also be used in chemical industries of anthracene, polystyrene, PP, ABSW fat, lead powder, naphthalene, resin, bisphenol, sodium pentachlorophenol, sodium chloride, ferric sulfate, caustic soda, urea, ammonium chloride, high sodium borate, modified starch, bleaching powder and cross-linked ethyl hydrogen uric acid, etc., be used in food industries of starch, sugar and salt, etc., and be used in fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries of herbicide, stearate, sulfonic acid, fumaric acid, nicotinic acid, antibiotics or salicylic acid, etc.

Main features:
1.The centrifuge is controlled by PLC, the man-machine interaction is realized, and it's convenient to operate and maintain.
2.Electric-hydraulic auto-control is adopted, and all processes of feeding, primary filtering, washing, refined filtering and discharging are monitored.
3.Independent electric control cabinet can be remote controlled.
4.Safety protection: Rotating speed detection, over-vibrating protection, cover opening protection, motor overload & overheat protection, scraper's mechanical-electrical control.
5.The housing is welded, it's compact, and the bearing strength is higher.
6.The motor and the centrifuge are integrated, which is convenient to install and operate, and the covering area is small.
7.Full closed structure is adopted. The silicone rubber or fluorine rubber is used for the sealing parts.
8.Independent hydraulic station can be installed separately, and it's convenient to maintain.
9.With the isolating device and rubber damping base, the machine runs smoothly, the vibration and the noise is reduced greatly, the working environment is improved, and the hurt to machine & environment caused by the machine's vibrating is reduced.
10.Spiral conveyor is used to discharge for GK 1250 and better models. For those materials whose slippage is worse, this conveyor can avoid the material blocking.
11.All parts which are contacted with media are made of stainless steel, which enhances the anticorrosion performance and hygiene requirements.
12.The working efficiency of siphon horizontal centrifuge is high, the filtering & pushing force is strong, compared with GK centrifuge (the drum's diameter is same), the production efficiency is increased by 50% or more, and less moisture content in filtration cake.
13.With the counter washing device, the remaining filtering cake in the drum can be counter washed and immersed, and the filtering clothes can be reused.
