Application:

Mainly used for quick low temperature drying process of Chinese traditional medicine extract,Chinese medicinal crop,

traditional Chinese medicine and weatern medicine,pharmaceutical and healthcare,also widely used for efficient low

temperature continuous drying of food,biological engineering,chemical,material,heat-sensitive material etc.

Principle:

Material sent through transport institutons directly into high vacuum in the inner of drying machine,paved one the

conveyor belt,was droved by a special rotating cylinder which droved by motor with a set speed towards the barrrel

of dryer,through the heating by microwave which effect the material directly ,both internal and external of the material

can be heated at the same time,no need conducting or convection to transfer the heat,while drying belt move from a side

to another side,they have already been dried and cooled,then the dried material will be peeled from the belt and knocked

to smash device via a up and down moving cutting device while the belt rotate back,finally smashed materials discharged

via two air brake type feed-out hopper.Microwave vacuum belt drying machine in both ends of the fuselage reapectively

for continuous feeding and discharging materials,both feeding and dischrging part can be finished in the clean room,so the drying

process can be completely closed with the external environment,which well comply with GMP requirement.
