Principle:

Mainly used for quick low temperature drying process of Chinese traditional medicine extract,Chinese medicinal crop,

traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,pharmaceutical and healthcare,also widely used for efficient low

temperature drying of food,biological engineering,chemical material,heat-sensitive material etc.

Thermal conduction speed of conventional vacuum drying method is slow and low efficiency,also it is hard to control

the temperature,heated material may be generated different temperature betwwen internal and external.While Microwave

vacuum drying is under vacuum conditions,materials is heated by microwave on a rotating disc,microwave heat the material

directly,by this way both internal and external of the material can be heated at the same time,dispense with conduction and

convection in order to realize the fast and high quality drying.

6.Develop a rectangular waveguide,with a small standing wave,which is easy for installation and can match the magnetrons better

the power of microwave and drying time needed,once time out,the material is can be taken out.
